Mission, Vision and Values
What a group does is written on its pages; what it decides by only becomes visible in a hard decision. This page puts the basis for those decisions in writing.
Our purpose
There are a great many small and mid-sized companies in Türkiye doing good work that never get the position they deserve in digital. The reason is rarely a lack of talent; it is fragmentation. Marketing sits in one place, brand decisions in another, technology in a third, and nobody connects the three.
Bi Eksen Group exists to make that connection. Our purpose is to bring the capabilities a brand needs in order to grow under a single accountability, and to make the result measurable.
Our mission
Our mission is to share responsibility for the growth of the brands we work with. We do it three ways: running the marketing work that creates demand, the strategy work that manages the brand, and the technology work that carries both — all to the same standard.
The measure of that mission is not how many clients we sign but the order our clients end up building inside their own business. A brand needing us less is not a failure; it is evidence the work was done properly.
Our vision
Our goal for 2030 is to be the first group that comes to mind in Türkiye when a brand says: I want to trust my marketing, my brand and my technology to one place.
That needs three things: companies that house the best teams in their field, a strong shared infrastructure connecting them, and transparent management overseeing both. The order matters — size is the result of those three, not the target.
Our values
Six principles. Each is valuable precisely because it makes a decision harder; anything that makes decisions easier is not a principle.
The long view
We do not take a gain today that we will regret in a year. Losing a client is easier to recover from than losing a reputation.
Ownership
We are accountable for the outcome. “The supplier did not deliver” or “that is another company’s job” is not an explanation.
Transparency
Good news and bad news travel at the same speed. We report a delay without delay; a surprise costs more than the mistake behind it.
Evidence
Opinions are debated, outcomes are measured. If the claim that a channel works cannot be supported with data, the channel is closed.
Doing the work properly
Invisible work is still work: a document not written, measurement not installed or data not cleaned will cost twice the time later.
Honesty
We do not take on work we cannot do, and we do not claim knowledge we do not have. Telling you a job is not right for us is part of the service.
How we put these into practice
Values become real when they change a process, not when they go up on a wall.
- We decline work we do not think we can deliver, and we put the reason in writing.
- At the start of every engagement we answer the question of how measurement will be set up; work that cannot be measured does not begin.
- We report delays the day they appear, not in the weekly summary.
- We review channel and budget decisions against data every quarter.
- Work spanning several companies gets one named owner; accountability is transferred, never shared.
- When a breach of our principles is reported, the identity of the person reporting it is protected.
