  • Yes. We prepare the drawings and documents, file the applications, and follow the planning approvals and correspondence with the authorities on your behalf.

  • It depends on the scope: an interior renovation can take a few months, while a turnkey build may run beyond a year. We share a realistic schedule right after the first meeting.
