Our approach
Bi Eksen Group is a management structure. The companies run their own business; the group sets direction, standards and audit. Keeping that line clear preserves the companies' speed and stops accountability from disappearing.
The core of our governance approach fits in one sentence: every decision needs an owner, every process needs a written form, and every commitment needs a measure.
Management structure
Group management
Capital allocation, investment decisions, founding new companies and group-level standards are set here. It does not interfere in the companies' day-to-day work.
Company management
Each company is responsible for its own targets, team and client relationships. It chooses its own method, provided it does not fall below the group standard.
Shared services
Finance, legal, people and technology infrastructure are run at group level and serve all three companies to the same quality.
How decisions are made
Decisions that reach group level follow this sequence.
An owner is named
Every decision is tied to one person. Shared responsibility becomes, in practice, no responsibility.
The reasoning is written down
The decision is recorded with its alternatives and its reasoning. Six months later, the answer to "why did we do it this way?" is on file.
Those affected are consulted
Companies affected by the decision give their view. The view is not binding; not having been asked for it is grounds for objection.
A measure is set and reviewed
How we will know whether the decision worked is written down at the outset and reviewed on the agreed date.
Our code of ethics
Binding on every company and every employee under the group roof.
- Client data is used only for the purpose defined in the contract; it is never passed to another client or a third party.
- Work that creates a conflict of interest between competing brands is not accepted without disclosing it clearly to the parties.
- Results are reported as they are; negative data is neither hidden nor selectively presented.
- Any gift or hospitality that could cloud the independence of a decision is declined.
- Public communication carries no misleading claims, unverifiable figures or fabricated references.
- Intellectual property rights are respected; unlicensed software, imagery and content are not used.
- Hiring and promotion decisions rest solely on what the work requires.
- Bribery and corruption of any kind are absolutely prohibited, without exception.
Information security and personal data
Group companies access their clients' systems and data. That access is granted on a least-privilege basis: an employee gets only as much as the job requires, only for as long as it is required.
Personal data is processed in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698. How data collected through this site is handled is set out in detail on the Privacy Policy page.
In the event of a security incident we commit to informing the affected parties and sharing the scope of the incident and the measures taken. Concealing an incident is a graver breach than the incident itself.
Reporting a breach
If you have seen something that contradicts the principles on this page — whether you are an employee, a client or a supplier — you can report it directly. Reports reach group management, not the manager of the company concerned.
The identity of the person reporting is not shared unless they ask for it to be. No report made in good faith is ever used against the person who made it, whatever the outcome.
