Across the group companies we work in marketing, design, engineering and operations. We read applications even when there is no open position.

How we work

Every company under the group roof has its own team and its own rhythm; what they share is the standard. How a job is done may differ from company to company — how carefully it is done does not.

We work in small teams. That makes the work highly visible: what you do does not disappear behind a layer, but neither can you share the responsibility for it. That arrangement does not suit everyone, and we would rather you knew before applying.

Our working culture

  • Writing first

    Decisions get written down. A one-page version of the topic is read before the meeting; the meeting is for arguing, not for briefing.

  • Time to learn

    Learning a new tool or method is part of the job, not something left to your own time.

  • Room to be wrong

    Trying something that does not work is not a problem. Hiding the result, or making the same mistake twice, is.

  • Flexible setup

    Remote and hybrid work are supported. Shared hours and the weekly in-person rhythm are set per team.

Our hiring process

  1. Application

    A CV and work samples if you have them. A cover letter is not required, but if you write a line on why this team, we will read it.

  2. First conversation

    About 30 minutes. We discuss expectations, working arrangements and the salary range in this conversation — not at the end.

  3. Work sample

    A time-boxed exercise resembling the real job. We do not ask for unpaid real work; the exercise is for assessment only.

  4. Team meeting and offer

    You meet the people you would work with, then receive a written offer. The whole process takes at most three weeks.

There are no published listings at the moment. New positions will be announced on this page.

You can send a general application even without a listing. It is reviewed together with all three group companies, and we will come back to you when a suitable position opens. Just name the field you are interested in in the subject line.
